This role is pivotal to the success of our day-to-day operations, and provides clear opportunities for growth and development within the business.About the Position:The Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the coordination of our day-to-day sales and operations functions.
The role supports the General Manager and field sales team by ensuring smooth operational workflow, accurate documentation, timely order fulfilment and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Duties:First line customer response, including phone enquiries, emails, order processing and delivery coordinationTender and Quotation response preparation and coordinationCoordinating logistics and deliveriesCoordination of warehouse,



manufacturing & installation activitiesAbout the Person:The role will ideally suit someone with experience in sales and operations.
We are seeking an individual with a 'can do' attitude, willing to get involved, highly self-motivated and keen to learn.Key skills and experience we're looking for include:Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support, internal sales, customer service or operations coordination.Experience in a warehouse and manufacturing workplace highly desirableExperience using CRM, ERP or order management systems highly regarded.Excellent phone mannerStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work within a small team and autonomouslyCan-do attitude with initiative and enthusiasmDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines whilst balancing competing prioritiesProfessional manner and appearanceWorking with us, you'll be keen to learn, grow and develop your career.supportive cultureattractive remuneration package that rewards your effortsWe will train you to be an expert in our range of safety compliance products.Remuneration will be based on your skills and experience.
