Roles are available as 0.8 FTE, up to full time hours undertaking weekday shifts (the graduate position does not include afternoon, night or weekend shifts).
About The RoleParticipate in an Aged Care Transition to Practice program with ANMECWork within a multi-disciplinary teamWork directly with residentsCollaborate with peers and other employees across the organisationIncrease your skills with direct support from colleagues, structured supervision and a thorough training programProvide treatment that is centred around evidence-based careHelp residents to achieve their goalsYou will be responsible for delivering quality individualized nursing care to residents including complex care needs in particular wound and pain management.You will also have supervision responsibility for staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.What You Will BringPossess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualificationHold a current AHPRA registrationPossess excellent clinical knowledge and skillsCommitted to fostering meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues through compassionate care and effective communicationWhy Choose Eldercare?
