We have exciting opportunities available in Taree.
You will be providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access supports to participants in their homes and communities.
SIL and Community Access supports are designed to help people live as independently as possible while receiving the right level of support to meet their needs and goals.
Your role may include Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks Supporting participants with meal planning and cooking Encouraging and assisting with skill development and independence Supporting access to medical appointments and community activities Promoting social inclusion and meaningful participation Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and shifts may include: shifts may include Day and evening shifts About You You are a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who: Is committed to professionalism and ethical practice Values teamwork and open communication Embraces diversity and inclusion Takes pride in delivering high‐quality support You are motivated by seeing others succeed and are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their goals, increase their independence, and live a fulfilling life.
