This role is responsible for providing parts support to both internal and external customers, ensuring parts enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Working closely with the Parts Manager, Service Department, and workshop team, you will play a key role in maintaining parts operations, inventory accuracy, and supporting the ongoing success of the dealership.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for customers and workshop techniciansProcessing parts enquiries, orders, and sales transactionsProviding accurate parts interpretation using manufacturer catalogues and systemsAssisting with inventory management, stock control, and stocktake activitiesPicking, packing, and dispatching parts ordersMaintaining accurate records within dealership systemsBuilding strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departmentsSupporting the Parts Department in achieving sales and customer service objectivesEnsuring the parts area is maintained in a clean, organised,



and professional mannerAbout YouPrevious experience as a Parts Interpreter within the automotive industry (highly regarded)Strong knowledge of automotive parts and componentsExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentGood computer literacy and experience using dealership systemsA proactive, team-oriented approachCurrent driver's licence requiredWhy Join Waverley Nissan?
