No previous recruitment or administration experience is required - we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn.
Full on-the-job training will be provided.Our Blackburn South recruitment office has been operating for over 10 years and has become a trusted part of the local community, proudly supporting warehouse and logistics businesses across Victoria with quality labour hire solutions.As a small, close-knit team, we work collaboratively every day, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with others, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and contributes positively to our office culture.Role Type: Full timeHours: 8:00am - 4:00pmHours Per Week: 38 hours with some overtime as requiredDays: Monday - FridayPay Rate: $***** per hour, $65,000 per annum + super.

Location: Blackburn South, VICKey ResponsibilitiesDaily allocation of casual workers to ad hoc client shiftsProviding professional daily communication with clients and our workforce via phone, email and SMSManaging responsibility for the main office phone lineConducting candidate interviews, registrations and onboardingUsing the Bullhorn recruitment management system to manage candidate records and bookingsManaging and monitoring worker compliance,



licences and role-specific training requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and employeesAssisting in the development of partnerships with local sporting clubs and community organisationsPreparing and reporting workforce statistics during weekly office meetings, including workers on shift, absenteeism, client feedback and other operational metricsParticipating in an after-hours roster by taking the 24/7 work phone home approximately three nights per week (roster to be confirmed)Providing general administration and office supportWorking closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and to a high standardAbout YouWe believe attitude is everything.
