ChaChing is a vibrant, fast-paced Asian fusion restaurant located in Melbourne CBD.
Known for our bold flavours, energetic atmosphere, creative cocktails and exceptional guest experience, we're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality and ready to grow with our expanding restaurant group.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives under pressure, develops great teams and takes pride in running a busy, successful restaurant.
About the Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Director to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the floor during service with confidence and energyDelivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns professionallySupervising, coaching and engaging the FOH teamAssisting with staff recruitment, onboarding and trainingMaintaining high service standards and ensuring SOPs are followedManaging bookings and table allocations to maximise revenueMonitoring labour costs and productivityAssisting with stock control, ordering and inventoryEnsuring food safety,



cleanliness and workplace complianceWorking closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication during serviceHelping drive sales through upselling and team motivationSupporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving business KPIs
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisor role within a busy restaurantStrong leadership and communication skillsPositive attitude with a hands-on approachAbility to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational and time management skillsPassion for delivering memorable guest experiencesStrong understanding of restaurant operations and financial performanceCurrent RSA certificateFull Australian working rights
