You'll assist customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiries and intake through to service agreement preparation and contract renewals.To be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in providing high quality administrative services within a human services contextDemonstrable commitment to putting customers first and providing exceptional serviceExcellent time management skills and ability to work under pressureStrong communication skills including written and interpersonalAbility to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders through multiple channels i.e., phone, email, online, video link, and face to faceStrong computer skills,
