You'll energise service, supervise staff, and partner with the Publican to maintain elite hospitality standards and a welcoming vibe for locals and guests alike.The role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires solid people skills, a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, with a focus on delivering gold-class hospitality in a busy venue.
