complaints handlingPlease note this position is six months with potential for ongoing work.Your ProfileExceptionally strong background in customer service, face to face and phone basedStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask; inputting data, adding comments to customer files, and searching the database whilst on the phoneGreat stakeholder management both internal and externalSolution focused!
