With a diverse portfolio of residential and holiday parks, we are committed to maintaining high-quality financial operations that support our growing business.About the rolePeninsula Parklands, located on the Mornington Peninsula in Hastings, is our over 50s lifestyle village designed to provide residents with comfort, community, and a rewarding lifestyle.We are seeking a dedicated individual who is interested in a management and sales position with the opportunity to work flexible or part-time in the role (no on-call required).
The facility is pet friendly and provides security, comfort and leisure facilities such as a community garden, men's shed, community centre, games room and library.
Location is an easy access to walking trails, cafes, shopping and medical services.
This is no manager accommodation provided.Key Responsibilities:Lead the village employees to successfully carry out responsibilities and duties.Undertake the sales process for pre-loved homes across the Village.Financial and revenue management and reporting of the propertyResponsibility for front office / admin duties across the property including rostering and other administrative duties and use of technology.Handle and resolve customer / resident complaints in a courteous and professional manner, build professional relationships.Coordinate the day-to-day facility operations including maintaining the high standard of grounds and maintenance, amenitiesEnsure the village is a protected and harmonious for guests and staff.What you need to succeed:Previous Lifestyle/Community village management or similar experience is preferred but not essentialStrong communication and ability to lead a teamSound technology and computer skills, knowledge of RMS or similar systemWell-developed organisation, administration, and people management skillsDemonstrated ability to interact and negotiate with stakeholders such as residents in a professional manner.Strong awareness and demonstrated experience in protected work practices.Resilience and flexibility in approachHigh integrity and values which are aligned with the businessValid full Australian drivers licenseFirst Aid certificate and Police checkWhat We Offer YouA rewarding career in a growing business.Sales Commission and remote training/supportOpportunities for development and advancement.A collaborative work environment with experienced support professionals and a peer network.Recruitment AgenciesPlease note that we will not accept unsolicited resumes from Recruitment Agencies.
