From humble beginnings in Air Conditioning, through to market pioneers in the Smart-Home technology space, they have always invested in their most important asset – their peopleWe have an exciting prospect for a Customer Service Technician to service their residential clients all over Brisbane.This role will be mainly fault finding with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring the customer fully understands how to use the technology.To be considered for this role you will have the following.Have a background air conditioning/refrigeration or from an Electronic IndustryYou are customer focused.Be willing to learn and embrace new technologyYou are able to work autonomously and be self-directed within your workOur client has an extensive onboarding process,



you will be exposed to all parts of the business during your training period.IncludingSpending time within their manufacturing departmentsWorking in their design department, using their Design software to construct layouts for homesSpending time on the road with the warranty team, fault-finding and solving problems for their customersYou will start and finish from home and be supplied with a vehicle which includes all tools of the trade.If you get on the bus you'll be offered a career with countless opportunities.
