We are looking for an enthusiastic and drivenUsed Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our successful team and contribute to the continued growth of our dealership.

About the Role

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in selecting the right used vehicle to suit their needs and budget
Building and maintaining robust customer relationships
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Following up sales leads and enquiries promptly
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Maintaining a high standard of vehicle presentation
Accurately completing sales documentation and administrative requirements
Working collaboratively with finance, business managers and the wider dealership team

About You

A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
A current and valid driver's licence
