Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: West Footscray - 12 month, Fixed Term Contract
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 incl. Super

This is an chance to play a part in that story by:
Being the initial contact for customer service
Assisting with managing Customer enquiries and deliveries
Meeting required KPI performance for internal and external customers
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and SAP (Essential)
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems
Strong phone and email communication skills
Conflict management
