This role offers full time hours, ongoing work and the opportunity to secure permanent employment following a successful 3-month casual trial.About the RoleReporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for a range of structural and construction metalwork duties,



including:Structural steel installation and fabricationWelding and on-site metal repairsReading and interpreting construction drawingsMeasuring, cutting and assembling steel componentsInstalling handrails, balustrades and other fabricated itemsUsing a variety of power and hand tools safelyMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWorking collaboratively to meet project deadlinesAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Previous experience as a Metal Worker, Steel Fabricator or Boilermaker within the Building & Construction industryExperience with MIG welding and general fabricationAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsWhite Card (Construction Induction Card)Current Driver Licence and VehicleStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyExcellent work ethic and reliabilityWhat's on Offer?
