KPA Concrete/GIG X Group is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Cheltenham, VIC.
This is a part-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects.
As Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and all stakeholders remain informed and satisfied.
This role offers the flexibility of part-time work whilst providing meaningful contribution to our growing construction business.Asa key member of the project delivery team, your primary focus willbe providing assistance to the project team across projects, withdocument control, project correspondence,procurement, administration of sub-contracts and general coordination of contracts administration.Key responsibilitiesWorking closely with the Project manager and site wide team from preconstruction through to completion.Assisting Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of projects and all other aspects of project deliveryManaging multiple projects at any given timeManaging project documentation, RFIs, EOTs, ITPs, variations, sub-contractor packages, procurement schedules and progress claims.Ensuring the team always have the latest construction documentationReview construction documentation and prepare scopes and source quotesCoordinating supplier and subcontractor communications to ensure materials and trades are delivered on time.Monitoring project programs and assisting with construction schedulingLaise with builders and sub-contractors and preparing reports, tracking project costs and maintaining accurate project recordsLive spend vs budget tracking for the duration of projectReview,



negotiate and finalise subcontracts and purchase orders with the guidance of the Project Delivery TeamMaintaining client files with relevant contract and documentationEnsuring compliance within the framework of OHSWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Project Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar project support role, within the construction or related industryStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management softwareKnowledge of construction terminology, processes and safety standardsAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingProblem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirementsAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamValid driver's licence and willingness to visit project sites as requiredWhat we offerAt KPA Concrete/GIGI X Group, we value our employees and are committed to creating a supportive work environment.
