The Role

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen, and interview IT specialists for a variety of roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment (IT sector preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
