We're seeking a senior-level Residential Estimator to manage the end-to-end quoting process for residential electrical projects.
This is a full-time, in-house position based at our Malaga office — you'll work closely with our operations and project delivery teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable quotes.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for residential electrical projects from plans and specifications
Manage the full quoting process using SimPRO, from initial takeoff through to final submission
Liaise with builders, clients, and suppliers to clarify scope and pricing
Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
Review project plans and specifications to identify scope, risks, and cost drivers
Support handover of won jobs to the operations team
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and templates
About You




2-3 years' experience in residential electrical estimating (essential)
Hands-on experience using SimPRO (preferred)
Strong understanding of residential electrical scope, materials, and pricing
Confident reading and interpreting residential building plans and specifications
Familiarity with WA electrical compliance requirements (AS/NZS **** Wiring Rules) is highly regarded
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and solid time management
Based in Perth and available to work in-house at our Malaga office
