About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of HR ANZ, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR at our new Nambeelup site.
This is a rare chance to combine all aspects of HR in an impactful role, partnering with leaders and employees to build an engaged, high-performing, and positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice, support and guidance to people managers for HR/Employee Relations;
Respond to queries regarding human resources including compensation, professional development, employment, grievances, disciplinary, termination matters,



HR policies and procedures.
Support the HR programs including Induction, KPI Setting, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Succession Planning.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager ANZ and site leaders to attract best talent into the organisation.
Support the coordination and delivery of learning and development initiatives on site, ensuring employees have access to relevant training to meet operational and compliance requirements.

About You:
We are looking for a confident and experienced HR professional who thrives in diverse, dynamic and growing environments.
You'll be approachable, able to adapt your communication style to various audiences and enjoy building relationships.
To be successful in this role you will also bring:
HR Qualifications with 4+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a complex, fast-paced, and diverse environment.
Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry will be a strong advantage.
Proven experience in employee relations.
Strong written and verbal communication with excellent listening and interaction skills.
Ability to apply diplomacy, lead difficult conversations with awareness to sensitive matters.
MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel).
High standards of Business Practices and Ethics.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence people for the right outcome.
