What will you be doing?
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the world of insurance broking.
This entry-level role will involve providing support and assistance with all aspects of servicing of client insurance needs as required by senior staff members.
Duties include:
Preparation and processing of documents
Maintaining records
General team administration
Any additional duties required in the daily servicing of clients
Communicating with the clients via email and phone
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage own workload.
Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Have a high level of attention to detail and be super organised.




Be responsive to the changing needs of the team, office and business, and to any issues that arise.
Have a strong 'can-do' attitude and willingness to pitch in.
It would be great if you had:
Demonstrate some level of customer service experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite including competency in Excel
Minimum of one year of office based experience is an asset
