ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Import Operator, working within a vibrant and supportive culture, the right candidate will be responsible for handlingall aspects of import sea and air freight operations.
DUTIES
Coordinate and process import air and sea freight shipments, including bookings, registrations, and delivery arrangements.
Liaise with shipping lines, service providers, and shared services teams to ensure timely processing of invoices, delivery orders, and cargo reports.
Manage shipment documentation, pre-alerts, Sea Cargo Automation, transhipment updates, and maintain accurate operational records.
Updating status reports to ensure client visibility
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Exposure to freight forwarding (Import Operations) preferred
Ability to work well within a team workplace
Excellent communication and presentation
Exposure to CW1 a bonus
