and adoptionPartner with training teams to develop and implement end-user training strategies and materialsYou will have:8+ years' experience as Change ManagerStrong understanding of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)Experience working within Asset Management Projects would be advantageousExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to influence and engage at all levels of the organisationExperience delivering training and communications in complex environmentsWants in it for you:12 Month ContractBendigo Location with hybrid working from HomeAttractive Daily Rate
