This is an excellent role for an individual with robust clinical and training experience in cardiac pacing devices to provide excellent clinical education service to internal and external stakeholders in Victoria and Tasmania.Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure.

Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Partnering with sales colleagues & act as a technical resource to support sales of a specific medical product or solution to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unitProviding the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers by supporting field teams with technical in-services and presentations to customersConducting on-site education and / or consultingParticipating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awarenessWorking closely with Clinical Lead,



Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales supportGather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to Territory Managers and Divisional StaffIdentifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.Monitor field inventory effectively and ensure appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research teamRequired Knowledge and Experience:High School Diploma with minimum of 8 years relevant experience, or Associate Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 4 years relevant experienceDemonstrated experience either in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac salesKnowledge of education and training techniques; valuable to have certifications in instructional design or adult learningStrong commercial acumen to enable commercial excellenceSolutions focused with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the businessResults-oriented with good organisation and time-management skills, including working independently and unsupervisedAbility to understand and communicate novel concepts and ideasExcellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for training and development with commitment to teamworkExcellent influencing, interpersonal, communication,
