Permanent leadership opportunity based in GladstoneMonday-Friday roleTechnical hands-on role with strong safety and operational focusConcentis are partnering with a leading renewable energy owner and operator to source an experienced Lead Technician to support the ongoing operation and maintenance of a large-scale solar farm.Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll provide technical leadership to site technicians while remaining hands-on in maintenance, fault finding and high‐voltage operations.
This is a senior site‐based role responsible for driving safety, reliability and operational excellence across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and support a team of site technicians, fostering a solid safety-first culturePlan and coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximise plant performancePerform and oversee high‐voltage switching, fault finding and repairs across site assetsSupervise contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standardManage maintenance work orders, reporting and asset information within the site's CMMSMonitor site tools, spare parts and operational documentation to support reliable maintenanceSupport compliance with safety,
