In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall compliance framework, continuance improvements and day to day management of quality systems and quality assurance across theReporting to theDirector of Operations, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:About the role:Lead and drive the overall compliance frameworkContinuous improvement, and day to day management of the quality systemsEnsure that the manufacturing facility manufactures and release of product to the marketComply with the marketing authorisation and current TGA requirementsEnsure compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Lead, develop, and coach the Quality team, ensuring the team are skilled and qualified to deliver the required outcomesProvide annual Business Department strategy, planning and budget requirements with endorsement of the Director of OperationsWork with Supply Chain for the approval of new materials and stability programs to support product shelf lifeRecruit, engage and develop the Quality teams across both the Corporate and Manufacturing sitesParticipate in the internal pharmacovigilance system where required.Provide support and education for the review and investigation of customer complaints as required.To be successful in this position you will have:Tertiary qualifications in science, medical, health or life sciencesMinimum 10 years' management/leadership experience in pharmaceutical, complementary medicines or the food industry.Experience in areas of manufacturing,
