You'll manage all stages of project delivery - from pre-construction and procurement through to completion - ensuring every build meets our standards for quality, safety, and social value.This is a leadership position suited to someone who thrives on accountability, collaboration and technical complexity, and who takes pride in delivering outcomes that genuinely improve communities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of medium-density residential projects across VictoriaOversee budgets, schedules and quality to ensure alignment with strategic and client objectivesManage AS-based head contracts and ensure sound commercial administrationBuild trusted relationships with government, client and consultant stakeholdersMentor project teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementSupport resource planning,
