Business Analyst / Process Excellence Analyst – InsuranceLocation: Sydney – HybridDuration: Initial 6 mth contractWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Process Excellence Analyst for an immediate contract opportunity with a leading organisation in the insurance sector.You will work with business stakeholders to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of practical, measurable change.Key RequirementsProven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Process Excellence Analyst.Demonstrated experience working within the insurance industry.Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.Experience analysing current-state processes and designing improved future-state workflows.Solid stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.Experience supporting process improvement, transformation or change initiatives.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN will be highly regarded.Ability to work in Sydney under a hybrid arrangement.
