This is a strong contract opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performing technology team delivering critical platform enhancements and automation initiatives.
Based in Melbourne on an initial 6-month contract, you will play a key role in driving platform capability and improving service delivery across the organisation.
You will work in a cooperative environment, partnering with stakeholders to design, build, and optimise ServiceNow solutions.
This role offers solid exposure to enterprise-scale systems, integration projects, and workflow automation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering tangible business impact.
This is: what you'll do
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including forms, workflows, and UI policies
Build and configure business rules and scripts to automate processes
Deliver workflow automation using Flow Designer and platform scripting
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and web services
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
Execute unit testing, regression testing, and support UAT cycles
Manage deployments, releases, and post-release support activities
Analyse and resolve defects,

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer across ITSM and Virtual Agent modules
Strong scripting and platform configuration capability within ServiceNow
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs
Solid understanding of testing practices across unit, regression, and UAT
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience
