National Pharmacies is looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects within our Transformation team — shaping how we work as we grow into the future.YOUR MISSION IS TO...Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring every outcome aligns with our organisational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
You'll manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources with discipline and transparency, proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, and lead project teams with clarity and purpose.
Working closely with our Program Director, Project Sponsors, Executive Leadership Team and external partners, you'll be trusted to keep projects on track and stakeholders genuinely engaged.WHAT YOU BRINGDemonstrated experience managing projects of varying size and complexity, ideally in health, retail or a related sectorStrong knowledge of project management methodologies,



tools and best practiceStakeholder EngagementExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levelsProven ability to build robust relationships that support successful deliveryProven ability to manage project risks, budgets and resourcesExperience establishing and maintaining project governance and reporting structuresExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving changeStrong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skillsQualificationsTertiary qualifications in project management, business, health, IT or a related discipline (highly desirable)Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantageWHY NATIONAL PHARMACIES?
