Programmed is seeking a focused Team Leader to manage in office grounds maintenance in Cranbourne and the South Eastern suburbs. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will plan, schedule work and supervise a team of employees and contractors to deliver quality outcomes safely and on time.
You will have demonstrated grounds maintenance experience and, ideally, experience leading a horticultural team, plus mowing and small plant equipment skills.
