What you have to doEngage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs.
Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutionsWork closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations.




Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution designConduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points.
Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challengesCreate engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesWhat you need to haveBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field2 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar roleExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageousGood in spoken and written English and ChineseWhat we offer5-day work weekYoung and energetic work culture with global exposureOpportunities for global mobilityDouble pay and attractive performance bonus4 weeks of Annual Leave entitlement
