We will provide customer resources and leads in the early stage to support your growth.
However, this is still a proactive, results-driven role focused on building and expanding trade accounts.
This is NOT a passive sales role.
This role requires frequent interstate travel.

What You'll Be Doing
Work with provided leads and convert them into active trade accounts
Actively prospect and expand beyond the initial customer base
Sell hardware & building supplies to builders, contractors and business clients
Own the full sales cycle: cold approach - quoting - closing
Build long-term, high-value customer relationships
Hit targets - and get paid for it
Who We Want
Proven B2B sales experience (results matter more than titles)
Experience in large hardware retailers
Strong understanding of hardware / tools / building materials
Confident communicator - not afraid of rejection
