As Head of Group Travel, you will take ownership of a high-volume, high-growth business area, leading national teams while driving innovation, operational excellence, and commercial success.
You will have the opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and modernise ways of working through change and transformation initiatives.
Working as a key member of the leadership team, you'll play a critical role in setting direction, growing market share, and creating an engaging, high-performing culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the national Group Travel business, delivering sustainable growth and exceptional customer outcomes.
Shape and execute the strategic vision for the division, driving innovation and competitive advantage.
Develop high-performing teams and leaders, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and success.
Build influential customer and stakeholder partnerships that strengthen commercial performance.
Lead business transformation initiatives to improve productivity, scalability and operational effectiveness.
Contribute to the strategic direction and success of FCM Meetings & Events as a member of the leadership team.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all team members feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSSenior leadership experience in Group Travel, Corporate Travel or MICE.
Proven track record growing customer portfolios, teams and commercial performance.
Strong financial, operational and strategic leadership capability.
Experience leading change,
transformation and technology adoption.
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of travel technology, GDS platforms and corporate travel operations.
