You will be the first point of contact for recent clients and their families, guiding them through their home care options, answering their questions with warmth and clarity, and helping them get set up quickly so care can start.
It is meaningful work with real earning potential attached.What you will be doingResponding to enquiries from prospective clients and their families, by phone and in personExplaining home care options clearly and helping people choose what is right for themSigning up new clients and making the onboarding experience smooth and reassuringBuilding relationships with referrers such as hospitals, GPs and community groupsKeeping accurate records and hitting your monthly client targetsWhat you will bringA warm, confident and genuine manner with people,



especially older Australians and their familiesA track record in sales, customer service, community care or a related fieldSelf motivation and the drive to hit and beat targetsStrong organisation and follow through, so no lead goes coldA current driver's license and the right to work in AustraliaEmpathy and patience.
This is care, not just a numbers gameWhat is on offerWe reward performance properly and we do not cap it.Base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation, depending on experienceCommission of $100 for every new client you sign above 25 per month, uncappedRealistic on-target earnings of $120,000+, with our top performers earning $150,000 and beyondThe first 25 clients a month are covered by your base, so your commission is genuine upside on top of a secure salaryTo put that in perspective: a solid month of around 45 to 50 new clients puts you comfortably over $120,000, and strong months push well past that.
