As we scale, we need someone who can sit alongside leadership, take the ambiguous problems off their plate, and drive them to a resolution.You'll move across every function: Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and GTM.

Some will reshape how we operate forever.WHAT YOU'LL OWNStrategy & PlanningWork directly with the founders on OKR setting, business planning, and GTM strategy as we scale into the USDrive board and investor-level reporting; synthesise performance data into clear strategic recommendationsDiagnosis & ExecutionJump into high-priority operational problems across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance on sprint cycles of two to four weeksIdentify root causes, not just symptoms; bring a solution with a point of view,
