and represented by our global workforce of more than 10,000 employees.Your day at BIOTRONIKThe Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing remote and on‐site clinical and technical support for BIOTRONIK CRM and EP products and driving customer satisfaction through service.Day to day, the role involves:Providing technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staffAssisting with implantations and performing patient follow-upsSupporting the Clinical Studies Department in the fieldCoordinating sales activities to support key customers with customer training and education eventsSupporting BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategiesAt BIOTRONIK, we pride ourselves on our low attrition rate, stemming from our strong organizational culture, characterized as follows:Our commitment to having long‐lasting positive impacts on patients' life, underpinned by our guiding principle, 'excellence for life'.
