You'll work both in our workshop, based in Sunshine West,



and on customer sites throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, carrying out hydraulic servicing and repairs, hose and fitting repairs, installations, maintenance and fault-finding on a wide range of industrial equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesHydraulic fault finding, repairs and servicingHydraulic hose, tube and pipe installation and replacementInstallation and maintenance of hydraulic, lubrication, refueling and fire suppression systemsHydraulic fault finding, repairs and servicingHydraulic hose, tube and pipe installation and replacementTube bending, machining and fabrication activitiesSite-based breakdown and maintenance supportMaintaining accurate job records and documentationManaging van stock and ensuring equipment is maintained and organisedDelivering exceptional customer service and technical supportIdentifying opportunities to grow customer relationships and secure additional work opportunitiesAbout YouYou are mechanically minded, customer-facing and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.To be successful,



you will ideally have:Solid mechanical fitting or hydraulic industry experienceHydraulic hose and fittings experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsA current driver's licenceExcellent communication skillsA robust commitment to workplace safetyThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and quality standardsBasic computer skills including Outlook, Word and ExcelAdditionally, You Will HaveThe following will be highly regarded:Trade qualification or working towards a trade certificationPrevious hydraulic service and repair experienceExperience with lubrication systemsExperience with Fire SuppressionForklift LicenceWorking at HeightsEWP LicenceDogging or Rigging ticketsExperience with quoting and job management systemsExperience working within industrial, mining or heavy equipment environmentsWhy Work for Us?
