With a vibrant, welcoming, and supportive culture, we pride ourselves on our professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analysis of construction documents, such as plans and specifications, to understand the scope of work required in pricing of tenders and projectsPrepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for a wide range of projects.Liaising, obtaining, comparing and negotiating pricing from subcontractors and suppliers ensuring competitive pricing.Maintaining and updating the company's cost database and benchmark information.Conduct cost analysis,



risk management, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in pre- and post-tender meetings as required.Provide professional and friendly service to internal and external stakeholders.Provide general estimating support to project team and variation costing for tender to construction amendmentsProvide post-project cost analysis and lessons learned to support continuous improvement in future projectsSkills & AttributesStrong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.Proactive and analytical with a logical approach to problem-solving.Confident communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Team-oriented with a strong customer service focus.Qualifications & ExperienceTertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similarRelevant experience with minimum five years' local experienceHigh level computer skills and numeracy including the following programs: CostX, Bluebeam and Microsoft OfficeExperience in Tender preparation process
