We are looking to hire butchers on a full time / part time basis within our Blackburn and Forest Hill stores.

The role of a butcher employed by The Butcher Club is to ensure that our meat is displayed in the signature style of our Butcher Club brand and to deliver superior customer service for which we are known for and to produce a wide range of quality products as directed and maintain your workspace in a clean and protected manner.

About the role
Cutting, preparing and presenting meat to a The Butcher Club standard
Customer service and counter sales
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Stock rotation and general store duties
Working as part of a friendly, reliable team

About you
Qualified butcher or solid retail butchery experience
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Team player with a positive attitude
