Simone has combined experience with commercial risk management and litigation,mortgage recovery, security enforcement, consumer and commercial enforcement and complex litigation for her banking clients such as scams, and fraud.
Her priority is to work with clients on a one-to-one basis to ensure they are able to minimise risk exposure and, in situations where disputes arise, to recover their assets.You'll be busy withcarriage of complex banking litigation mattersassisting the wider Litigation team in large scale matterscourt appearances, drafting of legal documents, legal research and client relationship managementIdeally, you might have3+ years PAEexperience with banking and financial services, and dispute resolution.strategic and critical thinking capabilityan appetite to mentor our juniors and demonstrate leadershipa client-focused and proactive approach, with a strong understanding of the needs of commercial clientsWhat we offerUnrivalled career pathways:
