Working from our offices in Essendon Fields, this role reports to the Armaguard Monitoring Centre Manager and will be required to work shifts on 24/7 rotating roster.
Key areas include but are not limited to:Responding to emergency situations nationallyOperate GPS, CCTV and alarm monitoring systemsAttending to inbound/outbound calls and emails promptly and in a professional mannerAre you the one?




You are suitably experienced with excellent communication skills and can demonstrate:Current Security Licence (with Monitoring Centre Operator endorsement)Certificate III in Security OperationsAbility to work 24/7 rotating rosterExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsComputer and technical proficiencyStrong analytical and conflict resolution skillsWhat's in it for me?
