You'll step up and be responsible for:
Handling enquiries from prospective residents
Showcasing a premium residential building, apartments and amenities
Application management
Lease negotiation and signing
Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
Conducting market reviews and assisting with the development and implementation of strategic plans
Renewals and renewal strategy for current residents
Database management
Report preparation
