We seek a highly professional candidate with 1-3 years of proven experience in Property Management and who holds an Agent Representative or a licensed Certificate.

Core Responsibilities:
Daily management of property portfolio
Handling rental payments and property maintenance
Efficient management of bond claims and lodgements
Conducting open home inspections & processing rental applications
Drafting and preparing lease agreements
Serving as the main point of contact for Rental Providers and Renters
Conducting comprehensive property condition reports and routine inspections
Updating online advertising and promotional content
Lodging VCAT applications & representing proficiently at VCAT hearings
