About the role Eucalyptus is seeking a leader to oversee our Sydney-based medical support team as we expand our digital healthcare services globally.
You will bridge the gap between clinical standards and patient experience, ensuring our weight-management and wellness programs deliver high-quality care.Location: AU - HQ - NSWEngagement: Full-timeTeam: Medical Support TeamWhat you'll doManage and mentor the Sydney-based medical support staff to maintain high clinical standards.Serve as the primary escalation point for complex patient cases, providing senior clinical judgment.Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical departments to improve processes and patient safety.Represent the company as a clinical thought leader by contributing to articles, speaking at events, and creating patient-focused content.Integrate empathy into the patient journey to ensure transparent and supportive communication.RequirementsCurrent AHPRA registration as a nurse.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a patient-facing clinical role or clinical operations.Demonstrated history of managing teams,
