In this full time role, you will be based at our Lane Cove West, NSW location ( with travel to stores ) and play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our growing business.What you'll be doingHelp manage and oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivityDevelop and implement operational strategies, procedures to improve efficiency and drive improvementLiaise with key stakeholders, including suppliers, to build strong relationships and resolve any issuesMonitor and analyse operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancementsContribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making as a key member of the leadership teamWork with stores and store managers to improve sales and efficiencies.Store visits with travel interstate.What we're looking forExperience (5+ years) in an operations management role, preferably within the retail or wholesale distribution areasDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team,
