Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, you'll drive campaign delivery, project launches and brand initiatives that support the company's continued growth.This is a rare chance to establish and lead the marketing function for a growing developer with an exciting pipeline of premium projects.
As a newly created role, you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, build processes and ultimately grow and lead the marketing team, playing a key role in the company's long-term growth and market presence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing strategies across residential development projects and corporate brand initiativesLead brand positioning,



creative direction and campaign executionManage external agencies and consultants across all marketing initiativesOversee digital marketing, website, CRM and content channelsDrive successful project launches from pre-launch through to settlementMonitor campaign performance and optimise outcomes across all marketing channelsCollaborate closely with senior leadership, sales and development teamsContribute to the ongoing growth and development of the marketing functionThe Candidate:We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the property development and project marketing sector.
You will ideally bring:Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role within property developmentStrong expertise across brand, digital and campaign marketingProven stakeholder management capabilityAbility to lead and development a marketing teamStrong commercial acumen and attention to detailThe ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high-performing environmentAll applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
