What you'll do
Provide technical support and guidance to customers using Atlassian products.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on user feedback.
Create and maintain documentation to assist users and improve support processes.

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.




Robust understanding of software development processes and tools.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket is preferred.

Nice to have
Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
Experience in customer-facing roles.

Skills & tools
Proficient in using ticketing systems and support tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
