Procurement for a Large IT Transformation Program

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, procurement and vendor management activities for a large-scale technology transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ICT procurement and commercial activities for complex technology programs.
Develop sourcing strategies, procurement documentation, contracts and commercial evaluations.
Manage vendor engagement, contract negotiations and commercial performance.
Provide strategic commercial advice to executives and project leadership to support informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain procurement pipelines, reporting and governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Skills and Experience




8+ years’ experience in commercial management, ICT procurement or strategic sourcing.
Demonstrated experience managing technology procurement programs valued at $50M+.
Solid knowledge of ICT contracts, vendor management and government or enterprise procurement frameworks.
Prior Government experience would be advantageous
Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on.
Exceptional commercial acumen with solid negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
