What you'll do
Lead software delivery from initial concept through production evolution.
Write clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and established design patterns.
Design pragmatic solutions that account for project constraints and technical trade-offs.
Implement DevSecOps practices to automate deployments and prioritize security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build features, prototypes, and UX-focused designs.
Mentor junior developers and foster an inclusive, supportive team workplace.
Translate complex business requirements into actionable software specifications.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience using Python, Node.js,



and React.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming.
Proven experience leading software teams using Agile and Lean methodologies.
Deep understanding of continuous delivery, TDD, and infrastructure automation.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders to achieve technical excellence.

Nice to have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Interest in functional programming, event-driven architecture, or platform engineering.
