You will work in a rapid-paced case management workplace, assess customer behaviour, manage inbound and outbound interactions, and make informed decisions about safeguards and ongoing support.

This full time role offers a rotating roster (38 hours per week) with evenings, weekends and holidays; hybrid working from Melbourne or Darwin.
