Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them to expand the company's client base
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets
Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clientsProvide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner




Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and achieve company goals
Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in account management or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
